ECORIS Inc.
Email: map@ecoris.co.jp
Please write from the email address used for registration, with the subject "EcorisMap account deletion request". We will normally respond within two weeks.
3. Information that is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is removed from our servers.
- Authentication information such as your email address and display name
- Projects that you own, together with all data they contain (location information, attribute data, photos, and so on)
- The encryption groups and encryption keys for those projects
- Files uploaded in connection with those projects
Projects that you own are deleted in full, including data posted by other members. If a project needs to continue, transfer it to another member or preserve the data before deleting your account.
4. Information that is not deleted
- Data you posted to projects owned by other users. This remains under the control of that project's owner. Please ask the project owner if you wish it to be removed.
- Data stored on your own device. Device data is independent of our servers and is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your device settings.
- Data saved to Google Drive. This is under the control of your own Google account; please delete it directly from Google Drive.
- Usage analytics collected in a form that does not identify individuals. Because it is not linked to you personally, it is not deleted individually.
- Records that we are required by law to retain, limited to the scope and period required.
